  • Specify the exact conditions for your report using any of the information within the case management system including:
    • Example 1 - Steps in the workflow that have or have or have not been progressed, e.g. all cases where 'liability has not been accepted'.
    • Example 2 - Where reminders exist for a specific step on a specific date, e.g. all cases where 'completion date is next week.
    • Example 3 - Where the case file contains a specific piece of information, e.g. where property price is over £250,000.
    • Example 4 - Where a specific address is associated with a case e.g. where the estate agent involved is William H Brown.
  • All conditions can be added together to form a powerful and very specific exception reporting tool.
  • Print time options allow you to specify grouping, sorting and page breaks controls to aid dissemination of the report, e.g. group by partner, sort by case number, page break at change of partner.
