Case Management

LAWFUSION Conveyancing enables enquiries to be handled in a professional and efficient manner. Files can be searched for using any known information like file reference, surname or property address. If exact details are not known a 'fuzzy' or partial search can be done.

Once the file has been found LAWFUSION Conveyancing will provide a unique 'birds-eye' view with a summary of all of the important information on one screen. This will enable you to deal with the enquiry with minimum effort but, if you need more, one-click will drill down into any other area of the file showing more detail.

Case Tracking

LAWFUSION Conveyancing will publish a password protected, client progress report to your own website or a website that we can provide for you. This will enable your client to find out what is happening at any time from the comfort of their own home, or perhaps more importantly, from wherever they might be in the world.

Many firms have found that a significant amount of time is spent fielding progress calls from clients and other parties and by providing a web progress report these interruptions have been almost completely eliminated.

  • LMS-STARS compatible provides ability to do panel work and saves manual effort of keeping the panels system updated. Case files can be updated automatically on the LMS system saving you the effort of logging in and doing this manually.
