Over 100 standard letters and 30 legal forms are integrated with the system. All of these are called up and created without any effort. For example, at the set-up of the file all of the relevant correspondence to client, agent and the other side is produced with just one click.
At each stage you can decide whether to send a standard letter or personalise the document slightly to reflect a recent conversation or issue. The letter production process is so well automated that this can be done by a secretary or by a fee earner who has a PC and wants to be more 'hands-on'.
- All of the forms, letters and documents are automatically filled in with relevant information from the database.This means you input data into the computer ONCE ONLY instead of for every single form, letter and document.
- Client terms letter intelligently drafted according to type of file, i.e. whether mortgage is being taken, freehold/leasehold, joint names, sole tenant etc.
- Update letters to Solicitor, Estate agents, Mortgagees, Clients and other 3rd parties are all produced and dispatched automatically at each stage, e.g. after instructions, after searches, after exchange, etc.
- Authorised users within your firm can add more letters or modify existing letters quickly and easily using industry standard MS Word.
- 'Blank letter' section provides template letters for all 3rd parties which will automatically be merged with the correct file details, reference and addresses but leave you to add your own text. This caters for any ad-hoc communication in the most expedient way possible.
- Integrates with leading Electronic Forms provider for legal forms (Laserform electronic form licences must be purchased separately).
- All letters can be optionally viewed and edited at print time to ensure your clients perceive a highly personalised service.
- Each system comes with the ability to have these documents tailored or replaced with your own version by our experienced implementor.
