Third Parties

The guiding principle behind the system is that you will never have to enter information more than once. This is of prime benefit in terms of the address details for agents lenders and solicitors as well as any other 3rd parties that you work with. Having entered these details once the system will allow them to be re-used over and over again on any other files by simply presenting a list of available addresses each time a new case file is opened.

  • One central address book for all 3rd party addresses means you only enter address details ONCE and when an address changes you only need to make ONE change.
  • Each case file can handle up to:
    • Up to 3 Mortgagees
    • Unlimited no of searches, e.g. Coal, Water, Brine, Salt, etc.
    • 2 Purchasers/Sellers
    • 1 Estate Agent
    • 1 Managing Agent
    • 1 Landlord
    • 1 Solicitor
    • 1 Local Authority
  • Central Address book caters for unlimited number of:
    • Solicitors
    • Land Registries
    • Estate Agents
    • Managing Agents
    • Insurers
    • Local Authorities
    • Search Agents
    • Mortgagees
    • Landlords
  • Each 3rd party can have a 'preferred' method of communication (letter, fax or e-mail). The system will then use this information to automatically despatch each letter/document with no user intervention required (compatible e-mail/fax server required).
