It is a well known fact that if time is recorded on an on-going basis instead of at the end of the day (or week!) billable hours can rise by up to 12%. The LAWFUSION FED provides fee earners, secretaries and other front office staff with the ability to record time quickly and easily from their own PC.
As the LAWFUSION FED is completely integrated with the LAWFUSION Accounts/PMS system finding the required case files is simple and the system even keeps a list of your most recently used files, which can be called back on a single click basis for further time to be added.
- Traditional time sheet 'input form' and also 'while-you-work' start/stop button operation.
- Find the file you want quickly using a query-by-example or from pick lists for your own previously used, live or recently opened files.
- Unlimited space is available for 'attendance note' narrative and this can be printed automatically or saved for printing later.
- You can record time even on 'unknown' file numbers and add the correct numbers later when known.
- Start/Stop timer button will 'float' on top of all of your application windows so that it is always usable even whilst you are using Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, etc.
- You can personalise your own ' timer activity buttons' so that you can record time against the files and activities you use most frequently without having to look them up.
- Can be used to record both chargeable and non-chargeable time with full analysis.
- Fully LAFQAS compliant. Supports all legal aid rates and up to 10 fee earner 'levels'.
- Unlimited number of activity & fee earner rate codes.
