Type of Firm Help

We define a small firm as a one or two partner firm who require no more than 5 licenses. The software we provide is the same as for larger firms. However, we understand that smaller firms have financial constraints and we help by reducing the cost of our software.

New start-ups also have financial constraints so, provided you do not require more than 5 licenses, we are happy to give you the same prices as a 'small firm'.

Accounts Users Help

This license is required for your cashiers that need to make financial postings to the system. You do not need any accounts users if you only wish to purchase Case Management.

Case Management Users Help

This license is required for Case Management Users only. With Case Management you can select from one of our pre-built workflows:

• Conveyancing
• Personal Injury
• Debt Collection
• Family
• General

Fee Earner Desktop Users Help

This license is required if you have purchased the accounts option and have users that need to see accounting information on the desktop; want to set up clients and matters; and post time.

Fee Earner Desktop & Case Management Users Help

This license is required if you have purchased the accounts option and also need case management.
